	To be an authorized partner affiliate of TheAdultToyShoppe.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this affiliate agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and becoming an affiliate of TheAdultToyShoppe.com. By signing up for the TheAdultToyShoppe.com affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. We review each application thoroughly and in a timely manner and we reserve the right to reject an application that does not follow our guidelines or that we deem inappropriate. 1. You must be at least 21 years of age to join our sex toys affiliate program. 2. We will not accept affiliates into our program that support or allow illegal or objectionable materials or information including but not limited to: violence, racial or sexual discrimination, child porn, bestiality, sites that violate any copyright or other intellectual property rights. 3. You may not use blackhat or spam techniques with your affiliate program to drive traffic to TheAdultToyShoppe.com including but not limited to bulk (spam) emails or news group/forum spamming. If you are found to do so, your account will be immediately terminated. 4. You may send traffic by posting on your site only pre-approved text links or banners, you may not in any way design your site to be similar to TheAdultToyShoppe.com, you agree that you will not copy any of our content including text and images. 5. Commission payout is 20% of the sale, this does not include shipping charges which is not profit for us, it is a base cost that we simply pass on to the customer. 6. Commission payments are sent by check to the address given when you sign up. Checks are mailed out on the first of every month. You will receive payment when your earnings exceed $25.00. If your earnings are less then $25.00, we will roll over your earnings to the following month. We do not pay commissions on fraudulent credit card sales. 7. Commission payments are in US dollars. 8. If you are found to commit or instigate fraudulent sales to purposefully inflate your commission earnings, your account will be immediately terminated and we will pursue legal action against you to the fullest extent of the law. 8. You may not include pricing information on your site as prices may change according to the manufacturer's price. You not act on behalf of TheAdultToyShoppe.com or mis-represent yourself to be an employee of TheAdultToyShoppe.com 9. We are not responsible for any damages, loss or server downtime. You are responsible for following local legislations and abiding by your local laws. 10. Without limitation, you agree to indemnify and hold theadulttoyshoppe.com web site and its owners, and suppliers harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, resulting from the use or misuse of any and all products purchased on the theadulttoyshoppe.com web site through your affiliate partnership. 10. You will be able to track your sales statistics and traffic to TheAdultToyShoppe.com through our online affiliate tracking system. 11. You are responsible for maintaining your own website, however if you need assistance in uploading a text link or banner, we will assist you.
