Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card statement will be billed by Legend Sales 856-382-0628 for your privacy.

We accept checks and money orders by request. Please contact us by email or chat if you would like to use a check or money order as payment. We will promptly reply with instructions.


Pre-Paid Gift/Debit/Credit Cards

We accept pre-paid gift/credit/debit cards as long as the card's registered address is entered during the checkout process. If you receive a pre-paid card as a gift, you must obtain the correct registered address for that card.
To protect against fraudulent charges, we cannot accept an order from a gift card that the billing address does not pass the address verification check.


Shipping

We ship to the USA and US military bases (APO/FPO).
We do not ship internationally.

Depending on our volume, orders will take 1-2 business days to ship. An express shipment will always be sent the next business day. Our orders get picked up for shipping early in the morning.

Cut-off time for placing an order to be processed the next day is 12 am EST.

We ship using any of the following: a USPS bubble mailer envelope, a USPS shipping box, a UPS shipping box or a plain brown box.

Only a return address titled "Shipping Dept." and your shipping address is on the outside box label, there is no company name listed and it does not say what is inside the box. The order list is located inside the box. Our shipping method is very discreet, not even the delivery person will know what is inside the box.

We ship with UPS or USPS.

The shipping options you may chose from are as follows, these time estimates include both processing and shipping time:

USA - UPS or USPS Ground shipping will take 3-7 business days;
USA - UPS 3-Day Shipping will take 2-3 business days;
USA - UPS Overnight shipping will take 2 business days.
Military addresses - USPS ground will take 5-8 business days.

Normally, standard ground orders are shipped with USPS, however if you have a preference, please write if you prefer USPS or UPS in the "special comments" section on the checkout page and we will send it with your requested carrier.

If you request that your package be left on a doorstep, due to the high potential for theft, we cannot be responsible for these packages that have not been received.

Please note that only standard regular shipping is available for Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska and Military addresses.

We cannot be responsible for delayed deliveries due to adverse weather conditions.

Order Tracking

To track your order, go to https://LegendSales.net and enter your order number and email exactly as shown on your receipt. Your receipt is shown after you place your order. Please be sure to print your receipt. Please allow minimum 1 business day before tracking information is shown.


Undeliverable Packages

Please be sure to verify your shipping information. If an order is shipped with an incorrect address, it will be returned to us. Once it's returned, we will refund the products back to your card and you will have to place another order. We cannot refund shipping fees. You may be subject to a restocking fee if the order is returned.


Backordered Items

Occasionally, an item may be sold out before your order was packed.
Our procedures for back orders are as follows:

- Standard procedure is that we will ship out the order without the back ordered item (you will notice it says "b/o" on the invoice that arrives inside the box), and then once the item arrives in stock, we will ship it out at no extra cost to you. Items usually arrive in stock within 1-2 weeks.

- Sometimes we may hold the whole order and wait until the back ordered product arrives, or request a substitution be made. If this is the case, you will be notified by email.

- If we have shipped your order and the product becomes temporarily unavailable, you will be refunded the amount of the item and the shipping difference (if applicable) back to your credit card and we will notify you by email when you have been refunded.


Return Policy

It is a very unsanitary practice for a sex toy store to allow returns or exchanges of it's products. Anything that is returned to us is thrown in the garbage, we never re-sell a returned item, even if the customer claimed it's never been opened. Many of these products are not hermetically sealed and it's impossible to know if they have been used or not.

For these reasons, we do not allow returns or exchanges. Additionally, it is against health regulations to allow exchanges of personal items of this nature and we follow these regulations for the health and safety of our customers.

All of our measurements are listed in the product description. If you are unsure of the size, get a tape measure to visualize the size of an item in your hand. We can't accept returns because products are too big, we do list the measurements so you will know the size.


Defective Items

In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will gladly honor the 90 day manufacturer's warranty by replacing or refunding a defective product.

Make sure to test all battery operated sex toys before using them. The manufacturer warranty does not cover used products.

The manufacturer will only provide warranty replacement if the order invoice and the original packaging are included with the return.

In the event of a defect please email here and include the name of the product, the order number and a brief explanation of what is wrong. We will respond with the return address and further instructions.


Other

Sometimes, manufacturers change the packaging, the color or the design of an item without notifying the merchants. The items you receive may not appear exactly the same as pictured on the website. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse an order.

We have a 19 dollar order minimum, including shipping. This helps to cover the cost of the shipping and packing materials.

In the event of fraud or harassment, the privacy policy becomes null and void.
